• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content available on the App without our express written permission.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Our total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription during the last 12 months.

 

7. Changes to the Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you by email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Illinois, United States of America.
